Vegetated MSE Bag – Domestic Build Begins

Work has began on a large domestic MSE bag build for a client in Stonehaven which is located on the North East Coast of Scotland.

Mark Lees got in touch with us a few months back as he is renovating a listed property in Stonehaven and needed a retaining wall solution for a proposed driveway which would support two cars and a camper van. He also needed a turning area!!

After HBB GeoSales Ltd put a proposal forward, we were given approval to provide full design, supply and installation.

Once complete he will have a carbon negative retaining wall which will compliment the beautiful garden.

The wall will be nearly 50m long and in places 3m high. It has a lovely curved line to it which would be hard to achieve with more traditional hard engineered solutions.

The installation will take about 6 days and will then be hydroseeded with a specified seed mix.

We can’t wait to see the finished results!
