Japanese Knotweed Burial Cell – Lining and Capping System Supplied

We have once again supplied a lining and capping system for a Japanese Knotweed burial cell project for a repeat client.

A base panel of 20m wide x 71m long and a lid panel of 15m wide x 71m long of our Power Scrim 600 were supplied along with the same panel sizes of our HBB 200 protective geotextile, all of which were custom fabricated in our Forfar based workshop.

Due to job specific sized pre-welded panels being supplied the client installed both the protective geotextile and barrier liner with his own labour, with the base panels being installed within a few hours by a 4 man team and 1 machine!

Our range of Japanese Knotweed and Root barriers are available up to 32m wide x 300m long, all are stocked in our workshop with next day deliveries available, subject to requirements.

Our impermeable range of barriers have also been tested, and passed, against root and light penetration (EN 14416 & ASTM D65670) as well as having many years of field based performance history.
