HBB Coir Geotextile

HBB Coir Geotextiles provide instant protection from erosion on exposed areas.

Offering three different weight options to suit job specific requirements such slope gradient, water velocity and weather conditions, HBB Coir Geotextiles prevent erosion, promote sedimentation and create favourably conditions for quick vegetation.

HBB Coir Geotextiles offer a degradation period of between 3 – 5 years depending upon site
conditions.

HBB Coir Blanket – Non-seeded & Pre-seeded

Our Coir Blanket is a 100% coir fibre blanket which is sandwiched together with a jute net and stitched with a cotton thread, which provides the blanket with increased tensile strength.

The HBB Coir Blanket provides blanket coverage and instant protection from erosion on exposed areas.

Supplied in 2.4m wide x 50m long rolls and weighing just 54 kilos, our Coir Blanket is easy to install and covers large areas quickly and efficiently.

Our blankets can be supplied both non-seeded and pre-seeded, with job specific seed mixes
available.

HBB Coir Logs

HBB Coir Logs are placed across eroded peatland channels to provide natural damming which
provides instant erosion control and promotes sedimentation which creates favourably conditions to promote sphagnum moss growth and regeneration of other species.

Our Coir Logs are made from 100% coir fibre which is encapsulated in coir twine netting.

HBB Coir Logs are available in three diameter options, vary in length and weight and can be supplied with preformed planting cavities for ease of on-site plug planting.
